Thanks for looking into it, would be interesting to find out whats going on there. hhhhmmmmmm, this cropped up on the UK UFO forum a few weeks ago. From my military experience, they look like hardened bunkers, could be for observation, as the area was a Nuclear testing stage. Or could be storage for nuclear weapons/material. It isn't part of the Groom Lake facility but falls under the Nevada Test Site. It is part of Area 11 which states the following on wiki. Area 11 covers 67 square kilometers (26 square miles) of the eastern border of NTS. Four atmospheric plutonium-dispersal safety tests were conducted in the northern portion of Area 11 in 1954 and 1956. Hazardous residue from these tests continue to provide a realistic environment for safety training, radiological monitoring, sampling instruction and first-responder drills. Five underground nuclear weapons were detonated in Area 11 from 1966 to 1971 |
It is right next to Frenchman flat, which housed a 'village' that was bombed several times to test the effects. This village included roads, rail roads and bridges. So hopefully this might clear up some things.

Its Area 5 Manxboz ive spoke to Alan Turnbull about it here's what he said: It's part of the US Department of Energy Nevada Test Site. The location is known as Area 5 and is a landfill for low grade radioactive waste. But yes you were more or less right Manxboz, good work. Alan is a researcher on Secret Bases his website is www.secret-bases.co.uk/So there you go Speakup weve cleared that up for you
