His camera must be really amazing, which I doubt because of the low quality picture. If these craft were moving faster than an aircraft then how come no blurring what so ever? I have a 5.5megapixal camera on my phone and if I try to take a picture of a helicopter that flies over my apartment every so often (we live near the hospital so it is from there) if blurs slightly because it is moving.
My guess these are either a quick photo shop job or they are taken from inside and thus reflections, will take a look.

I agree with Laurance this is most definitely a reflection. I don't buy the guys story either, he says they were visible for less than 5 seconds, so in that time he got out his phone switched it on set it to camera and took a picture, I don't think so Here's a close up of the image ~ Edit to add, if you look at the bush in the bottom left hand corner there is another reflection Ive circled it below.
