It is funny you can only see it, and have only ever been able to see it using the Lunar Orbiter Mosaic. I can still see it, it hasn't been wiped when using that setting, but the Visible Imagery layout looks that the picture you posted above.

Not quite sure what you mean m8 ? There is three different ways/layers to view the Moon, there is only one in which the structure is seen the other two it does not.

Could be, these are the three different layers This is the normal view This is the colour view And this is the Orbiter mosaic
