Hello all. I am coming over from MUFON. Left there last year, or more aptly was kicked off with hundreds of other members when the site was "Improved?" Anyway, I made it up to three stars there, and although I doubt I will go that far I here I find it interesting to read what people or ET's have to write about in forums such as these. I have had four sightings and so with that I'm off to read what has been happening out there!

hi, so what reason did mufon give for kicking you and the others off ? I'm not a mufon fan either. I'm sure you'll soon earn you stars here ;D

I don't know. I think it was some sort of restructuring issue and MUFON decided that if anyone wanted to be able to be a member they had to pay for the service, so I guess by not paying I was removed from there by defalt.

Thank you Electra. A little about me; I have an DoT FAA A&P License(aircraft mechanic), B.S. in Biology with a minor in chemistry, Masters in Biomedical Regulatory Affairs from The University of Washington. Not as impressive as it sounds. But, with that said, I do know the difference from conventional aircraft and that stuff I've seen flying around; NOT from here.

A little more about me. Summer of 1969 I was camping out in a valley with 200 other Boy Scouts in south central N.M. Night. No clouds. No moon. And we are doing what all scouts do at night, pick out constellations and then this thing that was triangle shaped flew over us. No lights were on it but I could make out the shape by the way it blocked out the stars and it made a pulsating humming sound as it flew over, and this thing was massive. Completely covered the valley from ridge to ridge. I would guess 800 feet in length and width. And it was going west towards White Sands Missle Range that is about 75 miles away. So you tell me what it was. And once again, thank you for the warm welcome.

I feel that it would be highly unlikely that they would have, not only that but with the size of approx' 800 feet long. I think you probably saw something that was not man made. It also sounds ominous that it was heading towards White Sands missile base.

Absolutely I would know the difference between military aircraft and something from out there and what I saw in 1968 was definately from out there and headed to Hollomon A.F.B. or White Sands.
