Hi there. I'm the original author of this article and I just wanted to chime in on this with a few key facts that might change your viewpoint. The first recorded sightings of a "giant black triangle" hovering in the sky were from 1890 and 1894 respectively in the Dutch East Indies. This effectively rules out military craft, lighter-than-air craft, kites or anything else man-made at that time. The famous American explorer Charles Fort (Google him) related a detailed sighting of such a craft in 1912 England in his book "The Book of the Damned" published in 1919. A spate of triangle sightings occurred in New Zealand in May of 1888. A British admiral reported similar craft in 1895... and the list goes on and on. This is all publicly available information, most of it has been compiled in several books on the subject. Point is, yeah, maybe some of these more recent sightings could be attributed to military craft, but not the historical accounts. There is more to this than human-created machinery.

I suspect most of them will be out of print now tho. Maybe some members might have some and could scan the relevant pages from the book ?

Hello All, The drawings in my previous post are quite rudimentary but this is not: Pretty cool, eh? Where'd you get this photo?! I've been searching on photos of Aereon 26 for years, and this is the very first time I've ever seen this one. Thanks. Andy

Edit: Sorry if bumping this thread was bad I know its an old one I found this place using google...
Hello guys. I'd like to explain an encounter I had with one of these in November 2011 in a Rural area of New Jersey (it was that or 2010 so much stuff has happened in-between its hard to recall now).
First off it is my belief that the Triangle Craft I saw was not one of ours because of how it moved, but I suppose that is speculative as we don't really know what black budget technology is capable of.
Anyway I'll just get right down to it. It was a dark night sometime around midnight but I am unsure of what time it was. I was at my Dads house and I was sober that night believe it or not. So I decided I wanted to have a cigarette so I went downstairs and out the side door. The exterior house lights happened to be off that night which I don't mind being that where my dad lives you can get a good view of the night sky and I've always loved space in general. I don't know why I didn't take my phone outside with me that night, the thing is usually glued to me... anyway it was unusually dark that night from what I remember, but the stars were bright. As I was watching the stars I remember eventually seeing a faint glow that appeared to be moving from star to star, almost like a meteorite breaking up in blue sparks but very faint.
It appeared to move from star to star with ease. As my eyes followed it, it somehow got bigger, till it looked like an actual star and then continued to grow in size like a very close star and stopped and hovered over the fields by a power station that's about a mile or two to the south of where I was. It then moved slowly and got brighter till eventually the single "star like" blue light became 3 individual blue star like lights and it seemed to be hovering getting closer like it was moving towards me. At the same time I remember being drawn to slowly walk towards it in awe.
What happened next I don't know... it was gone and I was at least 30 feet from where I was prior now in the middle of the road instead of the driveway with a cigarette in my hand that I immediately lit up and began pacing around nervously.
I can't recall clearly anything that happened in between blacking out at the sight of the craft up to the point where I was in the road. Was I abducted? I have no idea. I rarely ever tell this story because the few people I've told it to say it was a hallucination or that I was seeing things. I think I reported it to some anonymous ufo reporting site once but thats it. I'm very interested to know about reports on these types of sightings as most of the time when I look for triangle craft online its nothing like what I saw. Plus I want to know if I was abducted... I'd love to be able to recall what happened during the time I lost that night but I just can't plus its like my imagination gets in the way..
Anyways that's what happened to me, take it or leave it...
I'd like to try hypnosis or something to try and recall the memory of what happened but does that even work? Or is that just fantasy?
