Hello All,
I have been attempting to piece together a kind of "Theory of Everything" WRT the ET problem. Before I go any further I will restate my position which has not changed; I still do not believe ET is visiting this Planet; I believe it to be highly improbable but that's just my belief. Doesn't mean it's true. Elsewhere? As everyone knows there is no proof of that either- but of course there is a strong possiblity. My regard for the believers has kept me looking at this phenomenon in the hopes of arriving at a point where the UFO community might gain a consensus of opinion that most can agree on and live with.
I had been looking pretty hard at the idea of coming to our rescue as the reason that ET might be here. Which IMHO was certainly a valid enough reason to look into. And so, with that idea in mind, off I went to find any evidence of past intervention(s) or rescue(s) by looking for the criteria in which such an occurrence might be warranted; as in our complete and utter extinction. I looked long and hard at ice cores, ocean sediments, terrestrial cores, isotopes and proxy signatures of all sorts. Discoveries? There were many. But no evidence of a situation so dire or threatening WRT our extinction that anyone would consider it a need for some kind of outside rescue. I could have missed something but I don't think so even in hindsight.
So, now what? Obviously a different approach was needed if things were going to stay within the realm of science and be somewhat plausible. It had to be plausible enough to carry a discussion within the various UFO communities. It also had to make sense to just about everyone in order to even have that discussion. It had to be sound enough to satisfy all the questions that have been around since day one, as well as encompass everyone's ET ideas of why ET is here, and where they may have come from. Most important though, it had to be a decent enough concept to unite the community across the board into a common goal. That goal being to continue the research as one body, and become strong enough to stop at nothing to get to the bottom of things once and for all.
But what hypothesis could that be? What could possibly be so innovative? There is a strong scenario that I'm going to present as being possible and takes in not so much the rescue idea, but ET's basic reason for even being in our neighborhood one step further.
The hypothesis is that ET themselves could be on the run from some kind of a serious threat. Motherships and all. Everything on the move- and for centuries!
The concept is a bit lengthy in the telling so I'll break it up a bit and pause things for now.

Hello All, Continuing... What could possibly be such a motivating factor? Two years ago giant gamma ray bubbles emanating from our Milky Way Galaxy's core were discovered. I was not aware of them myself until late December 2011. The discovery is nothing short of amazing really; but if one tosses the Fermi Gamma Ray Bubbles into the ET mix then new ideas get generated. The particular idea here is that ET has been in exodus from the direction of the galactic center. This threat scenario would result in their home planetary systems closer to the Milky Way's core being sterilized or destroyed and left devoid of life one by one because of gamma ray bombardment from these expanding bubbles. ET may have even started out looking more like we do until their DNA mutated due to the gradual increase of gamma ray bombardment. So they began to journey toward the outer reaches of the Galaxy in the effort to find areas of safe haven. This could have been happening in all directions from the Galaxy's inner regions, with waves of ETs moving through here (and elsewhere) in a massive transition away from the galactic devastation nearer the center. This could be how, through chance, that they happened to find us. Or because we were on a list of habitable planets that they knew about already. We're doing the same thing with the Kepler program. Now the ET's crafts, should they exist, would be relatively fast, but I doubt they could move at the speed of light. Gamma rays on the other hand very nearly do travel at the speed of light. So ET would have needed a pretty fair head start to survive ahead of the expanding area of radiation. This also could be why so many different species of ET are currently around as some believe them to be; ALL of the inner civilizations on our side of the Galaxy capable of interstellar travel would be expanding outward with some perhaps coming this way and they could have been doing so for thousands of years. This concept is still only plausible at best, but with correct data added in, it could even be probable- especially for the believer. The Fermi Gamma Ray Bubbles are real as is the physics involved concerning them. Could this idea succeed in bringing up new dialogue such as whether our Earth is just a waystation? ET stops here and then moves on. Earth being only one planet among many on all sides of the Galaxy that they have visited. Is this why there appear to be many species and an extremely wide variety of vessels both large and small? Is the idea of an enormous ET migration away from the center from possible cosmic superwave activity even thinkable? Is this scenario good enough to unite the UFO community under one large ETH? Try first seeing if the questions don't in fact answer themselves when one plugs them into this new hypothesis. If this idea helps in reducing the chaos surrounding the ET subject then the chances would improve the possibility of making headway after over 60+years of dealing with the issue. Perhaps even help in gaining a community-wide initiative to place enough pressure for disclosure where pressure is needed to get at the truth. I apologize for the length of this post. The point here is not so much pushing a new ETH as much as attempting to find an ETH that encompasses all the different ones and brings them under one roof. I've looked at many ET hypotheses and read reports of so many types of craft, Alien's shapes, abduction stories that had inconsistencies in how people were treated, and many other aspects so different one to the next. Making some sense of it all I think required stepping back and looking at the whole picture far away from here enough to include all the variables folks have encountered. Look at the ET/UFO problem from any angle, using any criteria, plugging in any event details with whatever characteristics and you may see that this proposed ETH easily fits ALL of it

Hello sdd,
No, I thank you! This thread has been on the Forum for over two weeks and not a peep out of anyone. I don't get it, I've never seen ANYONE anywhere ever try to come up with anything of this scope, especially for the reasons cited. You're the first as you can see. I have to say I truly have read a lot of other peoples ideas about where ET comes from, why they are here, and all if it is so unique one to the next I don't see how anyone expects a concerted community effort at arriving at the truth. The fractured nature of ufology is it's own reason why progress has not been made. How come that aspect never changes? Why are ideas so isolated one to the next? This ETH doesn't deny anyone's theory or hypothesis- it INCLUDES it. There is no way I can prove this hypothesis any more than some else can prove their's BUT!..... the point of the whole thing is joining the differences together and before this concept came along joing together was impossible. In truth, it probably still is sad to say. As a result, ufology will just spin it's wheels as always and will never get anywhere. No one wants to fix it. They can't- too much bickering.

Well my Friend Hiflier, your ETH is very worthy because let myself sir you also think out of the box. I can tell, even though I do not know you, that your ETH theories are original in your cognitive thinking and heartfelt. It is simple also my friend. Like why do any Alien life forms at all do not require it,s own breathing apparatus. Another give away that nobody here or anywhere else talks about. As I read your work I understand completely your frame of thinking. We are having a weather emergency here in AU. As soon as we get fresh drinking water and a new electric generater tomorrow, I will discuss here your subject. You have opened the door to a grand topic my friend. Cheers SDD. BNE AU.

I really don't see ET having to do anything to do with this. To me this is just Black Hole dynamics playing a role here.

Hello Aelius,
Yes, of course it's black hole dynamics. But that is not the issue here. Nor is concept behind the hypothesis itself all that important- it's not- because that's not really the point of the OP either. Nor are the different civilizations that supposedly visit here, nor the different craft shapes, nor the different reported experiences of those claiming abduction. Whatever could that leave then as the point of my ETH picture? It leaves the idea that the community could use some help in fostering a universal mindset which might serve to get everyone going in the same direction- working as one. In my own research I have run across people researching tha same things but as individual efforts with one not knowing about another. In doing things this way one misses out of the power and expediency of two brains working as one. It's like computers, want more data? add a server! The concept in the OP just illustrte one line of thinking in the effort to get folks together. I'm sure someone can come up with something better but I haven't seen anyone make the effort. Many calls to organize but no umbrella yet under which everyone can connect one pet hypothesis with another. The ETH I present only makes the case for common ground- nothing more and that the underlying message behind the whole thing. A bit more subtle than a galactic gamma ray burst to be sure but that in fact is the essence of it

How can you have a hypothesis about something you don't believe?

As soon as we get fresh drinking water and a new electric generater tomorrow, I will discuss here your subject. You have opened the door to a grand topic my friend. Cheers SDD. BNE AU. Gamma Ray Radiation from the core of out our home galaxy in the amounts described would kill off some worlds while some on the skirting fringe could be doing exactly what you indicate. Radiation from our own sun does ionize our own atmosphere to the point where I have talked to Japan on 5 watts of amplitude modulation or a 5 watt am radio signal. I am a Ham radio operator, I know about what radiation will do. The International Space Station gets a good dose, that if it cops a major major solar flare it will kill the crew. The space shuttle had the same issue as the Apollo and Gemini and mercury space projects. Hiflier speculates a good Hypothetical theory that a group or many many groups of civil people that we call aliens may be in dire straits as to there life extenuation moves into new living zones in our galaxy. We do have at least 7 to 9 species of different alien life forms and the huge amount of different propulsion units and different style space craft with civilizations that could be 20.000 years in advance of anything that we even dream of could indeed exist. When Mr. Greer addressed the White House news conference in Washington D.C. and indicated this large species has been so called accounted for. While our minds think we need the Alien life forms, Hiflier makes the point that they indeed need may need us. Hiflier has really researched this ETH as He calls it. Hiflier has looked at various reasons why the ET,S would want to save us. Look at what the man has written. It could be that the ET,s are on the run. This is not the forth of July movie I am talking abut here. But as I read more and more of the consistent Hybrid technology of there OB/GYN and sperm extraction protocols it stands to reason why Hiflier has explored this ETH as more than a shot in the dark. It is something to think about as we both agree on ET on a 3rd dimensional plane is hard to comprehend. I will be writing more on this subject along with Hiflier. This is his thread. I will give the press conference thread as soon as I find it as it is late here in Australia.

How can you have a hypothesis about something you don't believe? What "something" are you referring to? That I don't think that Aliens are visiting here? That's because just believing isn't good enough when it comes to how I think. I did write the OP for the believing community because many times i've read a post that says "I don't need proof, I know". And in the nearly two and a half years that I've been exposed to the subject of Aliens and UFO's I've seen little to indicate a consensus that is growing into any kind of group with the power to say lobby the U.S. Congress. You know why? Because deep down few are really requiring an answer. Don't get me wrong here, Ufo's are important to many. Aliens even more so with a healthy dose of fear thrown in for good measure. But by and large few think it vital enough to mankind to pursue enough to force an answer to the problem. That could actually be a debate for another thread. Aliens off-planet? Of course it's a possibility. This ETH is the melding of what is (space, physics, UFO's) with what folks believe (ET). Roll that in with the fact that I wish the community was somehow stronger for it's own sake and I came up with a outline that ALL OTHER ETH's TOGETHER, along with EVERY FACET OF THE PHENOMENON, could and would fit into. As I said, the ETH is conceptual, not fact. The community could use some kind of theoretical working model if you will to help pull itself together. This is only an example of one idea that fits everything. I'm sure with a little thought there could be others. BUT the principle criteria for coming up with some other different idea is this: IT HAS TO FIT EVERYTHING UFO OR ALIEN in it's scope to be a universal ETH. Anything less shouldn't even be considered. The ultimate goal here is a beginning in creating a strong a community bond. That's all such an ETH as described in the OP would be for.

Hello sdd,
Not to ignore your post. I need to answer in order or things can get confusing. That's why I always address a member at the beginning of my reply. That and out of respect. Let's say there are Aliens from Zeta Reticuli that are visiting here. If the civilization is 20,000 years old they may not have started out living on Zeta Rituculi. They may have been closer to the center say at a mid point between us and the supermassive Black Hole that resides at the galactic center. When stars fall into it a burst of gamma rays is generated.
In Feb. 2012 a paper came out that was indicating that this dynamic may even be cyclical. Older civilizations should they exist would be well aware of the dangers IMHO. Gamma rays sterilize everything. Th NASA image is remarkable in that if we can pick up the Fermi Gamma Ray Bubbles on our sensors then the radiation must have reached this far or we wouldn't be picking it up at all. If a Type IIa supernova explodes near us and we suddenly see it in the sky it's because the radiation has reached Earth. Or we wouldnt see the explosion and we wouldn't know a supernova had occurred. Astrophysics. Science. The ET hypothesis could be moved out of the realm of the hypothetical and into the realm of actually being theoretical. Ufo's are a fact. The Bubbles are a fact. Aliens are not. Technically the only thing hypothetical in the FGRB senario is the Alien factor. And as is the rule with theories if one fact is false then the theory fails. ET has not been proved false yet so the ETH in the OP could fully be an Extraterrestrial Theory. Not just a hypothesis.

G'Day Hiflier. Back in the 1960,s when we had the Betty and Barney Hill abduction case it was Betty who was shown a star chart by one of the entities. This conversation between the entity which I will now call EBE and Mrs.Hill and the drawing of the Star chart has caused much debate in the UFO community. It was the Zeta Rituculi system. Now you may ask, what is sdd trying to say. I believe at that time ( 1960,s ) Black holes as we know them today were not understood as we understand them now. I concur with the Fermi Gamma Ray Bubbles and it is indeed remarkable that our own NASA research has sensor,s that can pick up and measure this radiation field. But with the Betty and Barney Hill episode being what I would call a classic baseline abduction I wonder why the ebe contacts would not spill the beans on a doomsday scenario that was affecting there entire well being. Because I have been thinking of this new frame of thought and with the thousands of abductions, I would certainly think some ET might ask us questions for a change. Hiflier, I now wonder has any ET contact ever asked a human being on this planet for any sort of information. Your ETH has really provoked me to really think out of the box. Good on you.
