Hello everyone!
My name is Alan and I have been interested in the paranormal (in general) for about six years now. I actually created my own forum on ProBoards which strictly dealt with the paranormal. That lead me to want to find other forums that deal with the paranormal. Mine is small and moderately active, but I have high hopes for it, considering I still have to advertise it.
I didn't come here just to talk about my forum, though. I just wanted to give some background on me and my use of ProBoards.
As I stated earlier in this post, I have been interested in the paranormal for about six years now. I have been wanting to learn about it as long as I have been dealing with it. Some people say that they found things; well, the paranormal actually found me. About six years ago, on the night of November 21, 2010, I went to bed as I did any other regular night. Little did I know that when I laid my head on my pillow, my life was to change forever. I had the overwhelming feeling of being watched and felt as if someone was watching me. I also saw a black mass out of my third eye. The feeling of being watched lasted for years, and still does happen from time to time, but not as often or as heavy as it did back then.
I have always been interested in UFOs, but I never really was "serious" about it until I saw a TV show on History2, which featured MUFON. I searched MUFON and am thinking of joining their organization, but I wanted to talk to other like-minded people first because it doesn't look like there is a chapter near me. It's a bit far. I have had many people tell me that later on in life I will be visited by our ET friends. Heck, one of the episodes of Ancient Aliens that I watched thought that the gods and goddesses (Thor as an example, the Norse god of thunder) are extraterrestrials. It had more than the thinking that they're extraterrestrials, though. It was an interesting show. It really made me think about a lot of things, or rethink, for that matter.
I'm not really sure what else to say here, so if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me.
