I've always found the missing time phenomena and it's potential E.T/Black ops government associations to be interesting. I was wondering if anyone here has experienced this, or knows someone who has? I have personally experienced this a few times. Since I made the thread, it's only fair of me to go first. I was driving home one day from the next town over. The drive is only about 10 minutes, so no big deal. I started to drive over a large hill, when I noticed a strange static feeling. The next thing I know, I'm already down the hill, across a bridge and river, and less than a minute from my home. What happened between that, I have no idea. Unfortunately the clock in the car did not work at the time, and I don't wear a watch, so I don't have anything to really gauge it by. I mentioned this to a friend who said I could have just phased out and drove home on autopilot. That may have been the case, but I can't help but wonder what happened.

When you say a little foggy do you mean around your car? Was there any time when you seemed surrounded by mist/fog/cloud?

When you say a little foggy do you mean around your car? Was there any time when you seemed surrounded by mist/fog/cloud? The top of the hill was pretty foggy, it was all over. When I reached the top of the hill, I was surrounded by the fog. The hilltop is covered in trees, and I could barely see them. It was about that point when the missing time occurred, and I ended out much further than I should have been.

I have heard of time jumps happening before and almost all cases have some form of fog or mist. Maybe that was it. Where about did you say it happend? Are there any Military units/bases near by? Have you heard about other cases in your area?

A few hundred years ago there was a large native american settlement here. Tribes from all over the North East US used to come here for the salmon and shad runs. The site was considered sacred. Maybe there's some sort of layline here?

Thank you, Mr. Indigo. I have read before the time loss dilemma and fog also though I cannot recall any material at the moment. It is possible you had some sort of ET experience, but there could have been a........I don't know how to say.......you could have unwittingly crossed a temporary electromagentic (EM) event. Fortunately in this time of history such events and the effects they have are being seriously investgated though only by a few. Sometimes these events cause people to 'zone out' and operate on auto pilot for a moment, sometimes they cause people to witness things that transpired in the area a long time ago, and sometimes the event erases a veil allowing them to see things in a different 'dimension'. Do you recall having a headache? Did you have to 'shake it off' to return to normal? Your eyes, they were alright after you returned to awareness? I have a reason for asking those questions, I hope you don't mind. Evidently this has not happened since. Do you know of others experiencing this? Have you had the opportunity to research the history of the area? This is very interesting! I can't thank you enough!

I'm not sure what to make of that experience, but I'd like to know. I didn't experience any headaches, but the hair on my forearms and neck was standing up. I did have a slight tingling sensation on my forehead, but no pain. I did have to shake it off afterwords, it felt like I had woken from a deep restless sleep. My vision was a little hazy for a few seconds after snapping out of it, but other than that nothing abnormal to speak of. This is one of the more recent experiences, I've had others in the past, but under different circumstances and in different locations.

The reason for my questions is that they may be of some assistance to Manz and Judge and you in trying to find an answer. Many years ago I arrived home after work, it had been storming. Florida has a great deal of static electricity in its air even on a clear day compared to other parts of the country due to its location and weather, but during storm time there is a great deal. I walked to the door of my apartment, touched the doorknob, and was struck still. The hair on my arms and body raised, I could not see as everything went white; all was quiet, as I could not hear. There was a slight bit of static tingle, much like when you're close to a lightning strike and I have been many times. There was no pain. I secretly panicked and wondered if I had been struck by lightning. The experience seemed to last a long time while it was taking place but in reality it only lasted a few seconds as best I can deduce. My sight and hearing returned, the hair laid back down, I saw that I was still standing with my hand on the doorknob. There was a deep pain in my head the dissipated quickly. I 'shook it off' and realized I was fine and not lightning struck. I can only theorize that there must have been a static build up and my body must have acted as a discharge for it when I touched the door knob. Thing is, electricity disrupts heart rhythm and I do not recall feeling any of the sort. Likewise, you made no mention of that. It is a possibility, though not the only one, that you may have unwittingly driven through a static field. I am interested to learn what Judge and Manz deduce about your time loss experience.

Thank you for contributing and giving some insight, Coco. I think you may be right in this situation. I may have crossed onto some sort of energy field. The one thing I can't figure out is how I was effected. I was in a car, and technically the rubber tires should have grounded it out. I can see massive jolts having an effect, but smaller concentrations should not. You're right, I didn't have any issues with heart palpitations. That's typically associated with electric discharges, as it disrupts normal nerve and synaptic functions. I'm baffled by it. Edit: I think I should add that some years ago I was tested for seizure patterns, as one of my siblings was having issues with seizures at a young age. All of my cousins were tested as well, and none of us showed any sign of neurological abnormalities. My sibling no longer has the seizures, as they were outgrown. That's one possibility ruled out.

Hmm, I hadn't considered the tires. You're right.

I have a friend that has no knowledge whatsoever of the missing time phenomena. He told me about a time that he and a friend were traveling on a rural road before dawn on a fishing trip. He said they encountered a strange 'natural' event. Instead of the sky slowly brightening in the east, it went from pitch black night to bright daylight in an instant. He is closed minded to the UFO subject, so I didn't tell him the likely reason for his happening. There have been a few other friends that have told me about strange events that are exactly the same as others have reported in the UFO area.

I had a 'missing time experience' a few years ago, i was at my brothers place, and i stepped out to have a smoke. as far as i recall i was out there long enough to have 1 cigertte. i went back in and my brother asked me, " where have you been?" i said, "just out having a smoke" he said," for 45 mins?" me: "what do you mean? i was right outside." him: " i went out there, i didnt see you"
so theres about 45 mins of my life that simply vanished.
