Interesting boodykaka, If Im not misstaken the footage looks as tho its been filmed in VHS judging by the interference in the footage. I could be wrong tho Certainly looks like a cloud but its not moving like one, not sure what to make of this at the moment to be honest, If it hasnt been edited then it could well be some kind of atmospheric phenomena. Here's a still of the strange cloud:

I would like to see the original picture. Not the cropped one. Does it exist for public view?

At around the 16 to 18 second mark in the video at the above link the object seems to change from a cloud to a light and then back again here's a still image of the light from the video:

Below is a quote from the source: Quote: I have seen the objects several times since 2004, the most recent time being in January this year. I was just watching TV and went over the window and saw this object, so I got out the camera and started to film. |
So it appears the footage was took through glass, now this seems more likely to be a reflection on the glass he is filming through, this would also explain the footage at the 16 -17 sec mark where it changed to a light as shown in the image in above post ^^^ Id say this is a light in the rooms reflection on the glass which is filmed out of focus and when it does come into focus it shows as a light as seen in the above image.

I'm trying to find a way to download the video to stabilize it somewhat. Apparently brightcove videos are tough.
