Police urged to follow up UFOs THE truth is out there and Bundaberg man Richard Jones is determined to find it. Mr Jones is a UFO researcher and director of the website, PoliceUFO.com which documents sightings of strange and unusual occurrences in the sky by police officers all over the world. Mr Jones, who grew up in Bundaberg, has returned to his home town after living and researching UFOs in numerous places around the world. Mr Jones hopes local police officers will start embracing the website which he set up four years ago, allowing Bundaberg to be part of his research. "The Bundaberg region has a rich history of UFO events and the absence of local police speaking up represents a distinct gap in research," Mr Jones said. "Police officers are highly credible sources that are trained to report and provide accurate recollections of events," he said. So far among the 400 cases documented on his website, about 40 were from sightings in Australia. "The most recent sighting in Australia was in Gosford on New Year's Eve where it appeared a UFO was being chased by a police helicopter," Mr Jones said. Mr Jones hopes that the research he collects will lead to greater government accountability. "I hope to pressure the government, all governments into releasing what they know about UFOs," Mr Jones said. "If the government doesn't know something then they have the power to pressure the people that do." Mr Jones understands that some people are sceptical of his research but he urges police officers to report any sighting of UFOs in and around Bundaberg. Reports can be made via the website at www.PoliceUFO.com and can be made in confidence. Source: www.news-mail.com.au/story/2012/02/07/police-urged-to-follow-up-ufos/

I would like to know what plan Mr. Jones has that hasn't been tried to pressure governments into releasing their UFO files. Here in the USA, we have this joke called the Freedom of Information Act that if one utilizes this, one receives pages of blacked out information because we not only do not have the "Need to know", we do not have the "Right to know".

What Richard Jones has done is put together a database of Police UFO sightings. Gary Heseltine has also done the same. The Govts have released thousands of files on UFO's and there has been some very good documents obtained from the freedom of information act. If you want Ill compile a list of links to site's of Govt documents if you like ?

I thought I would start with Project Grudge. Second entry; 25 Aug 51 2158 hours Albuquerque New Mexico. Dark flying wing type aircraft with about 1 1/2 times the wing span of a B-36.
Second entry entry and already a "Dark flying wing...1 1/2 times the wing span of a B-36.". A B-36 has a wing span of 230 feet. 1.5 times 230feet puts that wing with a span of 345 feet. By comparrison, a Boeing 747-400 has a wing span of 195 ft 8 in. An Airbus A-380 has a wing span of 261feet 7.76 in.
