Now before I start this I want to tell you all, I do believe something crashed in July 1947 near Roswell, New Mexico, I do believe that there is a cover-up involved and I do NOT believe that it was a mogul balloon. However, until recently, I accepted the 'ET' hypothesis as the main Roswell researchers out there claim that the witness descriptions of the bodies are all consistent with one another. It was whilst reading the latest Edition of 'Witness to Roswell', that I noted that the witnesses to the bodies all differed, and not just slightly, but sometimes a lot. Also it seems that the main witnesses used by the Roswell ET crowd were not as Airtight as is normally thought.
So I decided to lay out all the details for you, anyone interested, to see and compare for yourself.
Name: Glenn Dennis/ unnamed nurse
Status: Has knocked himself out of the Roswell case when he admitted he lied to researchers. He is generally no accepted by most of the Roswell research community, however still appears on documentaries and is quoted often. His testimony was second hand and dead man's, as he claimed he got it from a nurse who remains anonymous and was later killed in an aircraft accident.
Alien description: It had a foul odor (Mr Dennis says this is due to decomposition from being exposed to the elements for about a week), four fingered hand with no thumbs or fingernails. The fingers were more akin to tentacles than actual fingers, and each one ended with a 'suction-cup'. He described them as looking like 'Ancient Chinese', being very small and fragile. There was no hair, the noses were 'flat' and the ears were little indentations. The eyes were set deep within the head, whilst the head in general was large. Their mouth were little more than slits and contained 'rawhide' instead of teeth. Upper arms longer than the lower arms and the bones were brittle.
Name: Vern and Jean Maltais/ Grady Barnett
Status: Second-hand and Dead man's testimony given by Vern and Jean Maltais about Grady Barnett's involvement in the incident. Mr Barnett, an engineer or archaeologist depending on the story, was supposedly one of the first on the scene of one of the crash sites, being told to leave soon after the military arrived. The Roswell Researchers, Randle and Schmidt, uncovered Ruth Grady's diary in which there is no mention of her husband ever being at the crash site. Also he has been brought up at the two main sites, both at the same time, this has made this testimony invalid in the Roswell Research community.
Alien Description: The bodies were dead but not human. The heads were fairly round with small eyes and no hair. The head was larger in proportion to it's body than a human, it's statue was small.
Name: Gerald Anderson
Status: The witness has been renounced by Randle, Schmitt and Friedman (The three main Roswell researchers), this is probably due to falsification of his uncle's diary in reference to the crash.
Alien description: There were three dead bodies and one still alive. They were small in statue and wearing some kind of uniform. Attempts were made to communicate in Spanish and German. There are no other details given.
Name: Jim Ragsdale
Status: Primary First Hand witness. However is no loner considered a trustworthy source due to changing his story several times, including claiming to have recovered 'Gold Helmets' from the bodies of the crew.
Alien Description: The only details Mr Ragsdales gives is that they were only four to five feet long and looked like 'midgets'.
Name: Frankie Rowe/ Dan Dwyer
Status: Second-hand and Dead man's testimony related by daughter, Frankie Rowe,. However her story has been called into dispute and questioned by many researchers because of many inconsistencies, mainly the fact that the Roswell Fire Department (in which Mr Dwyer was a member) were not called out of the main Roswell area for the entire month of July.
Alien Description: Mrs Rowe states her father described the beings as 'Not human being', adults but about the size of a ten year old' with no hair. She also stated that her father had seen two body bags and one individual walking.
Name: Anne Robbins/ Sgt. Ernest Robert Robbins
Status: Second-hand and Dead Man's Testimony related by Anne Robbins, wife of Sgt. Robbins who was a tech sergeant on the Roswell air base.
Alien Description: She says her husbands description of the beings were brown skinned, had no nose or mouth, large black eyes and pear shaped heads. Also always used 'people' to describe the beings and that there was one dead and two alive.
Name: Anna Willmon
Status: Primary and first hand witness. She admits her memory is not what it use to be. Her information is inconsistent with the other accounts, like the crash site location. Also the military did contact her, she never claimed to have been threatened or intimidated to silence.
Alien Description: Two dead bodies, small in stature; around the size of a five year old. Had short arms with human like feet, also the skin was a grayish-brown akin to 'burnt rubber'. Wore 'green shorts and nothing else'.
Name: Johhny McBoyle/ Lydia Sleppy
Status: Second-hand and Dead man's testimony. Her story is in dispute due to details concerning the teletype machine.
Alien Description: According to Mrs Sleppy, McBoyle simply described the 'aliens' as the 'little men' that were 'on board' the Roswell craft. Beyond this, there is no actual detailed description of the beings.
Name: Sgt. Melvin Brown/ Beverly Bean
Status: Sgt Brown was assigned to the 509th Bomb Group at RAFB at the time of the crash. His story is related to us by his daughter, Mrs Bean. However, Mrs Bean, has changed her story about three times, this has led many to question her credibility.
Alien Description: According to Mrs Bean, her father told her the aliens had a yellowish-orange skin and that it was beaded and leathery like a lizard.
Name: 'Pappy' Henderson/ Sappho Henderson
Status: 'Pappy' Henderson was assigned to the 509th bomb group as a pilot. His wife, Sappho, relates the story, this means it is second-hand and dead man's testimony.
Alien Description: He only told his wife that an article on the incident published in 1980 was correct. However one of his fishing partners said that Mr Henderson described the bodies as 'kinda little guys'.
Name: Mac Brazel/ Frank Joyce
Status: Mr Brazel is considered the most primary Roswell witnesses. However many fail to point out that his description of the bodies are second-hand and dead man's testimony related by Roswell radio station man Frank Joyce. Joyce claims he gave Brazel a second interview during which Brazel made references to bodies. This interview did not surface till 2007 and there is no corroborating evidence for it.
Alien description: According to Mr Joyce, Brazel would only state that the bodies were not 'Green'. Also Mr Brazel called them 'unfortunate little creatures' and they were not monkey and definitely not human, however gave no detailed descriptions to back up this view. Joyce also said that he thought Brazel was under some kind of pressure during the second interview.
Name: 'Dr Weisberg'
Status: Not a primary witness but was present by Berlitz and Moore in their breakthrough book 'The Roswell Incident'. The evidence is more second-hand due to it being relayed by Reilly Crabb. There is no real solid connection to the bodies and debris as told by 'Weisberg' to the Roswell crash.
Alien Description: Weisberg claimed that an autopsy conducted on the body (note singular) that was recovered from a crashed object, resembled a normal human body except in size.
Name: Baron Nicolas Von Poppen
Status: Another witness present by Berlitz and Moore as offering wider corroborative contextual evidence. The story though is related by Gary Barker and is hence second-hand testimony.
Alien Description: Von Poppen's account states there were four 'Dead' bodies. They were extremely thin and range from 2-4 feet in height. They had human looking hands and five digits with 'normal looking joints and neatly trimmed nails'. Also he described the hands as being soft, like a childs.
Name: Norma Gardner
Status: Another witness brought forward by Berlitz and Moore offering wider corroborative contextual evidence. Gardner supposedly worked at Wright-Patterson Field in Ohio, doing work on top secret UFO projects. She claims that it was in this role she seen paperwork describing bodies recovered from a crash, but does not say where and as such there is no direct link. However she does state that the 'disc' may have been brought down by the Air Force itself.
Alien Description: The bodies in Gardner's story were between 4-5 feet in height, with generally human-like features. The head were large in proportion to the bodies and the eyes were slanted.
Name: Lt. Governor (Later US Senator) Joseph Montoya/ Reuben Anaya
Status: The story is related by the Senator's friend, Reuben Anaya, which makes it second-hand and Dead man's testimony. The story is called into dispute as there is no record that the Governor ever left the Capital, Santa Fe, or was present at Roswell Air Base. Also no other witness describes the Governor being present.
Alien Description: Reuben states Montoya told him that there were 'four little men' and that one was alive. They had four, long fingers but added 'from what he could see', had no hair and larger than normal eyes.
Name: 1st Lieutenant Walter Haut's post-mortem affidavit
Status: Considered a primary participant in the Roswell incident. According to his post-mortem affidavit he claimed to have seen a glimpse of the bodies. However in recent years the affidavit has been called into question as Mr Haut has admitted he did not write it himself but written for him and all he did was sign. The circumstances in which he signed it are not known.
Alien Description: In the affidavit it only describes the beings as having large heads and the size of about a 10 year old.
As you can see the list reveals not only a remarkably number of inconsistencies regarding the details of the Beings, but also the number of recovered bodies, how many were alive and dead and even what they were wearing. Also much of the information comes second-hand and dead-man testimony, also there is an awful lot of discrepancies within the 'primary' witnesses as well.
Now here is something interesting. Most of the details given, by the majority of the witnesses, show that there is little in the way of 'extra-terrestrial' details. So why is the ET hypothesis so prominent in this case?
Once again, I will state, I do believe something crashed in July 1947 near Roswell, New Mexico, I do believe that there is a cover-up involved and I do NOT believe that it was a mogul balloon.
So I decided to lay out all the details for you, anyone interested, to see and compare for yourself.
