Philip Corso Interview with Budd Hopkins, Filmed by Carol Rainey Here's an interesting interview with Bud Hopkin's and Philip Corso in which Corso doesnt have the answers to the questions posed. Quote: Published on Feb 4, 2014

As I have written in other threads, any information released from ex-military or civilian government agency personnel regarding anything even remotely related to the UFO Phenomenon is FIRST cleared through and by either the FBI, CIA, etc., and can therefore be considered either misinformation or the truth.
So, for some the book is a fiction masterpiece; for others solid gold.
As I have written here numerous times in this forum, I have had four sightings, including a Black Triangle(1969) and would love to find out what I have seen, and with my education and employment history in aviation, I KNOW these things are NOT conventional aerospace vehicles.
Let us approach this in a different manner. History is rife with examples of man-made inventions that were immediately used to kill his fellow man. With that train of thought, IF ANY earth bound government was manufacturing these things, we would have seen them used in combat, which unfortunately has been ongoing for quite a lengthy amount of time. So where are the combat ready flying saucers? Why have they not been used? And ESPECIALLY not used during the Cold War? That would have been the perfect time to use such technology against one adversary!
But anyway, off the soap box and back to the book. I would need to reread the book, but if memory serves me correctly, I found parts of the book interesting reading and some parts were a little too way out there to be credible.
An example of the less credible stories in the book is when Corso wrote about seeing crates that contained alien bodies at a military installation in Kansas (?) by accidentally wandering in a guarded hangar? Any alien artifacts would be flown DIRECTLY to Langley Air Force Base, in my humble opinion.

I agree with what your saying Ron and this is where the problem lies with trying to solve the UFO mystery, there is that much dis-info from all these so called whistleblowers its very hard to get to the facts. Of course there are certainly some truths to some of their claims but then theres the dis-info mixed in. I very much doubt the UFO mystery will be solved in my lifetime if at all, I think UFOlogy is going down hill at a very fast rate. If Im not mistaken Im sure Corso claimed fibre optics came from the roswell crash ( I will need to check in the book just to make sure ) but in fact fibre optics were first demonstrated in 1854. So that makes that claim absurd so to speak. Granted not as sophisticated as todays fibre optics but the idea and science was there back then. Quote:

Hmmm... Seems as if someone has been doing his homework. No, I didn't know about fiber optics being discussed 160 years ago. Thanks for the info!
