If this nonsense is going to be posted on this site it should be posted in the "Hoax" section.

alienorigins, A book I read is "The Day After Roswell" by Col. P. Corso. For some the book is a fiction masterpiece; for others solid gold. I will let you decide as to which it is for you. Also, I have a thread about some of the books I've read. I can't remember all of the books I've read on the subject as I no longer have some of them in my library. Seems as if they ended up somewhere back east of here.

Welcome aboard jjenagal. A DNA swab kit would have come in handy for this one. And yes, I do have one. Just in case, although I am quite certain I will never use it. Again, welcome aboard.

Welcome aboard alien origins Appreciate it. Place kind of dead ain't it? alienorigins Not if you start from the first day uforn began this site. A vast amount of information is contained here and a great amount can be learned, such as excellent postings of what someone may think is alien in origin only to be explained here as naturally occurring phenomenon, so please do not judge us quite yet. Happy researching and reading. ron

Alright thanks I will take a look at that thread. Why do people continually try to fake this stuff? Good question. I think some of it (although a very small percentage) is actually govt disinfo, the rest are those that get a thrill out of falsifying videos, written articles, and other items, ie, hoaxes. Fortunately, for you and all other members and visitors of this site, the Administrators here are a pretty savvy group of honest people and will ALWAYS seek and research for the truth and expose the hoaxers. ron

alienorigins, "Need to Know" by Timothy Goode, "Leap of Faith" by Gordon Cooper, "Dulce Base" by Greg Valdez, "Project Beta" by Greg Bishop, and those should keep you busy for a while.
If you go the the thread I posted about books I have read, that will give you some other books to consider.

alienorigins, I agree that "its best to look at it closely."
If one seriously desires to educate oneself may I suggest starting research on the subject from a point of academia, and not from all the hypothetical authors, as I have read their works(?) and found more reprinting from scientific books and journals than actual research, then offering premises that do not support their conclusions.
Also, Wikipedia is not considered or accepted as a source of reference in academia.
Happy researching!

Welcome aboard theshadow. I hope you look around here as you will find a great amount of information, not only about UFOs' but the tools to identify hoaxes, and believe me there are a lot of hoaxes. Some are famous, such as Billy Meier and quite a few more. I hope you remain "sceptical" while maintaining an open mind. The truth is out there. Happy researching! Again, welcome aboard. ron

Welcome aboard chefkasie. I hope you find the answers to your quest on the subject of alien abductions. I do not believe in alien abductions. I keep getting hung up on the idea that so many out there would gladly go aboard, and I am one of them, so why abduct against someones wishes? It just doesn't make any sense to me. Also, to my knowledge not one abductee has ever brought back an identifiable or even an unidentifiable artifact from the alleged abductions. Out of the supposedly thousands of abductions, not one. So, there you have my reasons, and I believe them to be not only the most simple reasons, but also the most logical as well. Again, welcome aboard.

abs080380, I noticed you are new to this site. Welcome aboard. Now, for "The Alien Agenda for Planet Earth" article I just read. Seems as if I saw numerous sci-fi movies from the 1950s" that followed the same plot as "The Alien Agenda for Planet Earth". I gave it its due. Just another far fetched story. Evening Judge. I am 99.999% certain Doty was spreading more dis-info on the video. It is as if people of his sort cannot help them selves from spreading it(dis-info, or whatever you may care to call it.) It is as if they are unable to dis-engage. If a person repeats a lie enough times the lie eventually becomes truth to them. Hi ron, Doty's involvement in dis-info goes a lot further than Bennewitz, In Mirage Men they show some of the SERPO Hoax and the shenanigans with Linda Moulton Howe.
Doty promised Howe to supply her with evidence of an "ET" race. He promised to provide her Gov and Military documents, photo evidence and film footage, however he never delivered. He strung her along later claiming his superiors pulled the plug. Sound familiar ?
This goes a lot deeper into the rabbit hole so to speak than what we think.
Yes, I have read some of the scifi SERPO stuff.

CIA covered up the truth about UFOs for decades The truth is out there. On Twitter, that is. The Central Intelligence Agency has used the end-of-the-year silly season to finally come clean about UFOs. nyone hoping for little green men will be disappointed, though — the CIA is claiming responsibility. Tweeting about its most popular stories of the year, the CIA named a 1998 report linking its activities in the 1950s to UFO sightings. The report, “The CIA and the U-2 Program, 1954-1974,” written by Gregory Pedlow and Donald Welzenbach, outlines the CIA’s involvement in the development of the U-2 spy plane. It explains how the testing of the planes led to a massive increase in UFO reports. “High-altitude testing of the U-2 soon led to an unexpected side effect — a tremendous increase in reports of unidentified flying objects (UFOs),” it says in a section devoted to the issue. The reason? No, not swamp gas. In the mid-1950s, most commercial airliners flew between 10,000 and 20,000 feet, while military aircraft such as B-47s and B57s flew below 40,000 feet. Modal Trigger When the U-2 started flying at over 60,000 feet, the number of reported UFO sightings exploded. “[UFO] reports were most prevalent in the early evening hours from pilots of airliners flying from east to west. When the sun dropped below the horizon of an airliner flying at 20,000 feet, the plane was in darkness,” the authors explain. “But, if a U-2 was airborne in the vicinity of the airliner at the same time, its horizon from an altitude of 60,000 feet was considerably more distant, and, being so high in the sky, its silver wings would catch and reflect the rays of the sun and appear to the airliner pilot, 40,000 feet below, to be fiery objects. “Consequently, once U-2s started flying at altitudes above 60,000 feet, air-traffic controllers began receiving increasing numbers of UFO reports.” The report adds that at the time, no one believed manned flight was possible above 60,000 feet, and so didn’t expect to see objects so high in the sky. The high volume of UFO sightings from airline pilots and ground-based observers writing to the Air Force led to the establishment of Operation Blue Book, which collected all reports for investigation. According to the paper, Blue Book investigators regularly called on the CIA’s project staff in Washington to check reported UFO sightings against U-2 flight logs. It says U-2 and later OXCART flights accounted for more than half of all UFO reports during the late 1950s and most of the 1960s, although investigators could not reveal to the letter writers the true cause of the sightings. Source; nypost.com/2014/12/31/cia-covered-up-the-truth-about-ufos-for-decades/Yeah, whatever. Now, on the level of dual certified professional aviator, I know the difference between a conventionally configured aerospace vehicle and something driven by LGMs and I know my four sightings were NOT conventionally configured aerospace vehicles. I am NOT implying ALL UFO sightings are machines from "Out There" but I believe a vast majority of the sightings that remain "unidentified" are not local(from this planet) in manufacture.

Good afternoon uforn, Do I believe that Dotys' story is credible as a stand alone testimony? Absolutely not. BUT, Dotys' story along with all the other books I have read causes me to believe the P.Bennewitz was 100% fabricated to "LEAD" him away from what he was actually seeing at Kirkland A.F.B., whatever it was, be terrestrial in nature or not. P.Bennewitz so desperately wanted to believe that he made an easy target for the dis-info agents, aka. Doty,et al. Now, with that said, do I believe "ALL" UFO stories are a fabrication? Again, absolutely not, because I still cannot explain the things I have seen. There are they out there that do know the truth, but they are not saying. Hi ron, I agree with you 100% I was just saying that Doty himself may have been spreading more disinfo in his interview for the documentary. Ive read the books you have so I do agree with your opinion Evening Judge. I am 99.999% certain Doty was spreading more dis-info on the video. It is as if people of his sort cannot help them selves from spreading it(dis-info, or whatever you may care to call it.) It is as if they are unable to dis-engage. I finally finished watching "Mirage Men". P.Bennewitz was definitely the target of a huge hoax, IF what Doty says in the video can be believed, and sadly, I find his story credible.
